Josh started his insurance broking career with Domina General Insurance Brokers in 2013, where he became a fully accredited broker, managing a diverse range of SME clients, whilst assisting with an Australia-wide portfolio of Bowling and Sporting Club risks.
Joining the Comprehensive Insurance Solutions team in 2023, Josh now brings his knowledge of SME policies to the company’s commercial team, as well as his belief in a high standard of tailored service for each and every client.
In his spare time, Josh is a musician and keen snowboarder.

Since joining CIS Group, Fiona has been an integral part of our team in ensuring our client’s policies are processed and distributed in a timely manner. Fiona is also a pivotal piece in how the business runs, using her skills to assist with the implementation and training of new and existing operating systems.
In her spare time, Fiona enjoys spending time with her family including her two children and relaxing with her friends over a coffee or a nice glass of wine.

In her role as Operations & Claims Manager for our Commercial Department, Eryeta provides all our clients with a first class claims experience and ensures the best possible outcomes in an efficient and timely manner.
As a mother of two very active and inquisitive children, Eryeta enjoys her down time with her children and catching up with her extended family & friends.

Since joining the insurance industry in 1999, Callum has gained knowledge in all Commercial Insurance products and is able to provide tailored insurance programs across the SME, mid-market and corporate sectors. Callum prides himself on having strong personal relationships and providing clear communication to his clients so they understand what their exposures are from an insurance risk perspective.
It is fair to say Callum is a proper one-eyed Geelong Cats supporter, but he does find time to spend time with his wife and three children (when the Cats aren’t playing!).

Adrian is the founder of Comprehensive Insurance Solutions and has developed a wealth of knowledge in both Commercial and Domestic Insurance products during his 30 year career, but it is in the Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) sector that his experience and passion proves most valuable to our clients given the wide variety of industry sectors.
Adrian prides himself on providing clients with professional and tailored advice to ensure all their insurance requirements are met. It is his warm and caring nature that allows his clients to know they are dealing with someone that genuinely cares about the protection of their business.
Adrian is very excited and proud of the recent business expansion. Along with all the great people that work within CIS Group, having the support of his follow directors Callum and Matt has made a world of difference given their backgrounds and extensive insurance broking experience.
Outside of work Adrian is extremely passionate about his family time, fishing, the odd house renovation and he loves nothing more than spending time down the Mornington Peninsula with his family and friends.
